Santa & D'Sas Prosecco

This King Valley Prosecco opens with a white frothy mousse that shows very good hold. Very pale straw almost water like base wine colour with an exceptionally fine bead showing excellent persistence. On the nose fresh pear and apple aromas are followed by some citrus and a hint of sherbet. Delicate flavours of pear, apple and lemon sherbet float lightly across the palate finishing crisp and dry. Aftertaste of pear and lemon sherbet.
