Robin Brockett is chief winemaker at Scotchmans Hill, a position he has held for over 30 years, making consistently very good wines through the ebbs and flows of climate. In 2013 he took the first steps towards the realisation of a 35-year dream of making and selling wines under his own label.
The vinification is identical in all respects to Fenwick, but the flavours, texture and mouthfeel all headed down a more complex/savoury path.
