Tradition and innovation came together to create our Double Barrel Cabernet Sauvignon. The careful use of aged Irish whiskey barrels for finishing adds power and complexity, while showcasing the premium fruit. A deep crimson colour with bright purple hues; aromas of vanilla, nuts and varietal cassis with ground spice and leafy notes. A smooth and beautifully integrated palate, the complex palate offers cassis and roasted nut flavours, fine textural tannins and great length.
