Cloverleaf Chardonnay 2014

The Cloverleaf Chardonnay is made in a classic Burgundian style from fruit sourced from our Killian vineyard on V&A Lane in central Coonawarra. Following a nose that displays fresh stone fruit and honeydew, the palate traverses lime and lychee fruit flavours to finish with a subtle but creamy butterscotch mouthfeel derived from French oak maturation. A textured and complex wine with a balanced and elegant structure perfectly suite to gnocchi with sage butter or cold smoked salmon with dill and crème fraiche.
