A Fish Called Wonder Pinot Grigio

Brilliant very pale straw colour with a watery hue. Aromas of ripe pear and Jonathan apple are layered with dried honey characters followed by wet stone end notes. Light in weight, dry and possessing a rounded pebble stone like mouthfeel the palate has delicate flavours of pear and citrus over some wet stone characters. Clean dry finish with well judged acidity. Aftertaste of pears, citrus and wet stone.
